Terms and Conditions – Wakanda Safaris

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and travel with Wakanda Safaris (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Company Information
Wakanda Safaris is a registered Tanzanian tour operator based in Kinondoni, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
3. Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of your trip.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or mobile money (details provided upon booking).
- For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before departure), full payment is required immediately.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing. The following conditions apply:
- 60+ days before trip: full refund minus bank charges.
- 30–59 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: no refund (some flexibility may apply in emergencies).
Refunds are processed within 21 business days.
5. Amendments to Bookings
We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes. However, additional costs may apply depending on availability and supplier policies.
6. Our Responsibilities
Wakanda Safaris ensures your safety, comfort, and satisfaction during the tour. We work with trusted partners and certified guides.
However, we are not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by airlines, weather, or road conditions.
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- Illness, injury, or accidents beyond our control.
7. Travel Insurance
All travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage before arrival in Tanzania.
8. Health & Safety
Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the trip. Always follow park rules and guide instructions during safaris or treks.
9. Visas & Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for obtaining the required visa and travel documents before entering Tanzania.
10. Photography & Marketing
During your trip, photos or videos may be taken by our team. With your consent, we may use these for marketing purposes. You can opt out by informing us in writing.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes will be handled under Tanzanian jurisdiction.
